It’s time to complete your Returning Student Registration online through the PowerSchool Parent Portal to ensure your child is ready to rejoin their Wolfpack next school year.
Our school office and admin teams will be working hard through the summer to prepare to open the 2025-26 academic year on Monday August 4, 2025, and we need your help to complete registration for your returning student.

Completing this process is essential for receiving your child’s classroom assignment and teacher.
To prepare for a smooth start to the school year, registration must be completed so we can:
Finalize class rosters and assign teachers
Ensure your child’s emergency contacts and medical information is accurate and updated
Confirm participation in ASA programs for the upcoming year
Ensure your student is included in key communications and activities
This process is required even if you submitted similar forms last year
Only one parent/guardian may complete the process per child
The registration process must be done via a web browser – it will not work in the ASA Parent Portal mobile device app

Students will not receive a teacher assignment or room number unless this process is complete.
Returning Student Registration is only for students currently enrolled at ASA as of the end of the 2024–25 school year.
New to ASA?
If your child did not attend ASA last year, please click here to visit our application page and follow the steps to submit a new application.
Sign in using your existing PowerSchool Username and Password
If you need help, click “Having trouble signing in?” to retrieve your credentials
Click the "Registration (2025–2026)" icon on the left menu at the bottom of the page
Select your child’s name (top-left of the screen if you have multiple students)
Complete the online registration form
Save and exit if needed — but be sure to log back in through the main portal link, not the temporary login screen
Review and click Submit
You cannot submit unless all required (*) questions are answered
🔁 If you have multiple students:
Log out and log back in after submitting each form
Repeat the process for each returning ASA student
Q: What if I forgot my login?
A: Use the “Having trouble signing in?” link on the login page.
Q: Do I have to answer every question?
A: Only fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are required.
Q: What if I make a mistake?
A: Before submitting, you can go back using “< Prev” or “Next >” or edit from the Review page. After submission, contact your school for changes.
Q: I’ve finished! What now?
A: Great! Click “Submit” — your child’s registration will be sent to ASA. If “Submit” is grayed out, review for missing required questions.
Q: Do I need to do this for each child?
A: Yes! Complete the full process separately for each returning student.
Q: I’m having technical issues. What should I do?
A: Visit the PowerSchool Community Help Center or click the “Contact Us” link from any form page in the Parent Portal.
